5 reasons why you should take my ADHD course

Like you, my BCBA coursework did not prepare me to work with kids with ADHD.

When I worked with my first ADHD client in school, I wasn’t fully prepared to tackle all the impulsive, disruptive behavior: frequently getting up and moving around the classroom, blurting out, etc. I wasn’t feeling successful with the token economies that had worked with other students (who didn’t have ADHD). Online CEUs were hard to find, at least back then. And the CEUs I took felt like they were just scratching the surface.

I have ADHD

I was diagnosed in my late 30s. Hind-sight is 20/20. I’ve immersed myself in the adult ADHD community for support and through my trainings offer you my personal insights on inattentive ADHD (the type I have). My own personal experiences and the feedback from peers has driven so much of my passion and desire to get comprehensive supports out there. Another way to look at it: ADHD intervention has become my hyperfocus.

ADHD impacts the whole family. My classes help BCBAs learn techniques to engage parents and caregivers from the perspective of a parent with ADHD parenting kids with ADHD. My guidance is unique.
